We love to help women start their families! For a woman under 35, it is normal to take up to 12 months to conceive a pregnancy. If it is taking longer than that, we can consider evaluation and treatment options. For women 35 or older, we can consider evaluation and treatment after 6 months of trying without success. An evaluation may include blood work, imaging, and sending male partners for a semen analysis. As gynecologists, we will treat with lower-risk oral medications, such as Clomid or Letrozole. For more intensive infertility treatment, such as intrauterine insemination or IVF, we will coordinate referral to one of our REI partners.

Dr. Salisbury and Dr. Zaander do not deliver babies any longer, but once you get that positive pregnancy test we are happy to confirm pregnancy, get first trimester care going, and help refer you to an OB for ongoing care.
